Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Trenchco, Inc. Relief Sought: Pooling. Land Covered: E/2 NW/4 SW/4 of Section 6, Township 8 North, Range 5 East, Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma.

THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To the following parties, if living; or if deceased, then their unknown heirs, devisees, executors, administrators, successors, trustees, and/or assigns; or, the unknown successors, trustees or assigns, if any, of any dissolved corporation, or the unknown successors of any party designated in any record as trustee: Paul Gillham; Steve Gillham; Leonard Gillham; Gary Akin; Michael Goodnight; Amerada Corporation; American Exploration Company; Bank of Oklahoma, N.A., Trustee of the Robert S. Bowers Trust; Sabine Corporation; Jerrye O. McKnown; New York Life Oil Gas Operating Production Partnership III-B; American Production Partnership-VI, Ltd.; American Exploration Acquisition-VI Corp.; American Exploration Company; American Production Partnership-VII, Ltd.; New York Life Oil Gas Production Partnership II-B; New York Life Oil Gas Production Partnership II-C; New York Life Oil Gas Production Partnership II-E; New York Life Oil Gas Production Partnership II-F; New York Life Oil Gas Production Partnership II-G and all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission pool all oil and gas interests in the Viola, Simpson Dolomite and Wilcox common sources of supply for the 20-acre drilling and spacing unit consisting of the E/2 NW/4 SW/4 of Section 6, Township 8 North, Range 5 East, Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma, adjudicating the rights and equities of the oil and gas owners thereof, removing Paul Gillham as operator of the South Harjo well 1, and designating the Applicant, or some other party as operator of the unit well. The Applicant shall request at the hearing that the order provide that any owner electing an alternative to participation in the well drilled thereunder shall be deemed to have relinquished all of its working interest and right to drill in the unit and common sources of supply named herein as to such well and any wells drilled subsequent thereto. …
