NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission grant an order pooling the interests and adjudicating the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in the Tonkawa, Avant, Dewey, Hogshooter, True Layton, Checkerboard, Cleveland, Oswego, Prue, Skinner, Red Fork, Bartlesville, Basal Pennsylvanian Unconformity, Woodford, Misener, Hunton and Viola common sources of supply underlying the SW/4 of Section 34, Township 12 North, Range 4 West, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. …
