Great Western Bank, a Federal Savings Bank formerly Great Western Savings, a Federal Savings and Loan Association, successor in interest to Aristar Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff, vs. R.A. Nichols a/k/a R.F. Nichols a/k/a Robert F. Nichols and D.A. Nichols a/k/a Donna A. Nichols a/k/a Doona A. Nichols; and Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, Joe B. Barnes, County Treasurer of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, Defendants.

NOTICE is given that on the 7th day of September, 1993, at 2:00 o'clock p.m., in Room 103 Annex of the County Courthouse in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all of that certain real estate in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

A part of Lots Nine (9) and Eleven (11) and all of Lot Nine-A (9-A) as the same are shown on the recorded amended plat of Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Five (5), Seven (7), Nine (9) and Eleven (11), in HARNDALE ADDITION to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point in the Southerly boundary line of said Lot Nine (9), Fifteen (15) feet Easterly from the Southwest Corner thereof; running Thence in Northeasterly direction to a point 19.5 feet Easterly from the Northwest Corner of said Lot Nine (9); running Thence in a Westerly direction along the Northerly boundary line of Lots Nine (9) and Nine-A (9-A) produced a distance of 65 feet to a point 10 feet inside of Lot Eleven (11), same being 10 feet Westerly from the Northwest Corner of said Lot Nine-A (9-A) running Thence in a Southwesterly direction in a straight line to the Southwest Corner of said Lot Nine-A (9-A); Thence Easterly along the Southerly boundary line of said Lots Nine (9) and Nine-A (9-A) a distance of 75 feet to the point or place of beginning, all shown on the recorded plats thereof. …
