Free Enterprise Building Sold

The Association of County Commissioners of Oklahoma has purchased the Free Enterprise Building in Oklahoma City, according to Harrison Levy Co. Located at 429 NE 50th St., the structure contains approximately 23,000 square feet on three stories.
The purchase price was $850,000, and the association plans to move into the building for its headquarters.
Seller was Free Enterprise Association, an Oklahoma general partnership.
Bob Weaver with Harrison Levy represented the buyer and Cordell Brown of Price Edwards represented the seller.
Ken Wiley with Oklahoma City Real Estate has purchased the former Der Dutchman restaurant at 4000 W. Reno Ave., according to Harrison Levy Co. Seller of the 10,744-square-foot building was Boatmen's Bank. Jim Rose of Harrison Levy represented the seller while Wiley represented himself. Purchase price was listed as $310,000.
Lee Karl Gross has purchased a 2.39-acre tract located at the corner of SW 104th Street and Harvey Avenue for $65,000 from Lonnie Carson, according to Harrison Levy Co. …
