Being a complete novice to legal issues (what little knowledge I have was garnered from John Grisham novels), I was impressed with the readability of this book. In very practical terms, it lays out the legal risks you face, and what possible steps you can start now, to mitigate potential losses and interruptions.
The most useful chapter at the moment is probably the one on contingency planning. If you belong to one of those organizations that doesn't adequately back up data, you probably haven't thought about what you will do if any part of your daily operations ceases to function. …
