have entered into the process. The next two chapters are devoted to data analysis. Chapter 6 reviews the FES to determine if the new FES is more favorable to women than the old narrative system. Chapter 7 explores the effect of various weighting schemes upon the pay relationship between male- and female-dominated jobs in the FES developmental study. Chapter 8 explores how job content is operationally defined in three major job evaluation systems. Finally, Chapter 9 provides a summary of major findings and suggests areas for future research.
