PHILIP G. BENSON is currently an Associate Professor of Management at New Mexico State University, where he teaches primarily in the area of human resources. He earned his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University in 1982 and was on the faculty of Auburn University before joining NMSU in 1987. His primary research interests are in the areas of wage and salary administration and employee selection methods.
M. RONALD BUCKLEY is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of Oklahoma. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Auburn University in Alabama. He has published over fifty articles in scholarly and practitioner journals on a variety of human resources management topics. His main research areas are performance appraisal and organizational entry processes.
RALPH S. JR. FOSTER, is Director of Outreach Information and Marketing at Auburn University. He earned his B.S. degree in Marketing from Auburn University and his M.S. in Personnel Management from Troy State University- Montgomery. He is a fellow of the Society for Advancement of Management and is the organization's 1994-95 President.
J. PATRICK GRAY is co-founder and management consultant for Rehab & Industrial Services, an industrial and occupational rehabilitation center located in Winnemucca, Nevada. He consults with both private and public organizations in the areas of physical ability test validation, job analysis, job design, medical
