And for those 379 of last year's 380 theater majors who have not yet found employment, there is a position open at a rural Southwestern college for an established, impeccable scholar and widely known actor/ actress, under 35, who wants to direct self-exploration drama on a campus well known for its valid learning experiences and 24-hour Army- Navy boutique. The ability to stage the annual college musical would also be an asset. Minority candidates are urged to apply. Federal law ensures that no discriminating choice will be made.
Finally, I am pleased to announce the completion of our federal- and state-funded performing arts complex, long my dream. The $70- billion marble theater will open with an important, provocative play by our Guerrilla Theater seminar, a yet untitled work which I understand dramatizes plastik Amerika's materialistik exploitation of its young, "from Capitalist Hill to the Whitewash House." The program notes alone will run seventy pages. This will alternate with an original play on the freedom to abort by the celebrated woman author of last year's "The Bombing of the Children of Hanoi."
