In addition, many files on Central American and Latin American policy, and the activities of business organizations were utilized for the same period.

The files used in this group were: Finance Committee Files on the Parcel Post Convention (70th Cong., 1st Sess., 1927-28); Foreign Relations Committee Files on the Isle of Pines Treaty (68th Cong., 2nd Sess, 1924-25). Other files were examined, but many of these Senate files contain little information.
