( ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE NO. 1193, DATED DECEMBER 6TH, 1921)
Article 1. A person who has passed the first examination for entry to the judiciary shall, in accordance with Article 108 of the Law of the Organization of the Judiciary and Article 7 of the Ordinance of the Examination for Entry to the Judiciary, be sent to a District Court or District Procuratorate on probation.
Article 2. A probationer shall, in accordance with Article 109 of the Law of the Organization of the Judiciary, be supervised by the president of the District Court or the chief procurator of the District Procuratorate.
Article 3. The Regulations for the Withdrawal of Judicial Officials shall apply to probationers.
Article 4. After a probationer has reported to the court or procuratorate, the president or chief procurator shall appoint a judge of the court or a procurator of the procuratorate to direct such probationer.
Article 5. The judge or procurator who has been appointed to direct a probationer may give such probationer some matter of his own to experiment upon.
