Article 1. The Administration of the High Procuratorate shall be in conformity with the rules herein contained except where such administration is regulated by other laws or ordinances.
Article 2. Office hours of a High Procuratorate shall be in conformity with Order No. 221 made by the Ministry of Justice in the second year of the Republic, provided that, if there shall arise any matter of great importance and complexity, extra hours in addition to those fixed by the order may be required for attending to such matter.
The Chief Procurator may alter the provisions of the preceding paragraph where peculiar climate or weather conditions of a Province require such alteration. Any such alteration shall be submitted to the Ministry of Justice for approval.
Article 3. Any officer or member of a Procuratorate desiring, on account of sickness or for any other reason, to be absent from office for more than two hours, shall make written application in the proper form to the Chief Procurator, provided that any person who has been sent
