|(1) contravenes or neglects his functions;|
|or (2) loses his official dignity or credit.|
Article 2. Disciplinary punishment shall be inflicted upon a judicial official on the decision of the Commission for the Disciplinary Punishment of Judicial Officials.
Article 3. If criminal proceedings have been instituted in any matter, a discussion on the infliction of disciplinary punishment for such matter shall not commence.
If criminal proceedings are instituted in any matter pending decision in the Commission for disciplinary punishment, the proceedings in the Commission shall stop temporarily.
Article 4. If any matter has, in relation to any criminal proceedings, resulted in acquittal or dismissal of the prosecution or non-prosecution, such matter may nevertheless be subjected to the proceedings of disciplinary punishment.
