THE REGULATIONS OF THE REWARD AND
PUNISHMENT OF PROCESS-SERVERS
(APPROVED BY PRESIDENTIAL ORDER, DATED
MAY 27TH, 1920)
CHAPTER I.Article 1.
Reward and punishment of process-servers
shall be effected in accordance with the provisions of
these Regulations, unless it is otherwise regulated by
law or ordinance.Article 2.
Punishments are of the following two
|Class I: (1) dismissal.|
|(2) reduction of grade.|
|(3) reduction of degree.|
|Class II: (1) recording of a gross demerit.|
|(2) recording of a demerit.|
Rewards are of the following three classes.Class I: bronze medal.
|Class II: (1) raising of grade.|
|(2) raising of degree.|
|Class III: (1) recording of a high merit.|
|(2) recording of a merit.|
