Sam Deep taught at the college level for twenty years, most recently in the communication department at the University of Pittsburgh, where he also served as an administrator. In 1986 he expanded his part-time consulting practice into a full-time career. He now helps organizations empower their employees by enhancing the interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills of their managers.
Lyle Sussman is Professor of Management in the School of Business at the University of Louisville, Kentucky. Previously he was affiliated with the University of Michigan and the University of Pittsburgh. He received his Ph.D. in communications and industrial relations from Purdue University. He serves on the faculties of several state and national banking schools.
Deep and Sussman conduct seminars and give speeches for a variety of organizations from the Fortune 500, the health industry, public school systems, colleges and universities, professional associations, and government agencies.
