MARY BETH ALLEN is Assistant Undergraduate Librarian and Assistant Professor of Library Administration at the Undergraduate Library, University of Illinois at Urbana where she coordinates the bibliographic instruction program and reference service. She holds an M.A. in Teaching English as an International Language and an M.S. in Library and Information Science, both from the University of Illinois.
ROBERT S. ALLEN is currently employed by Louisiana State University as a Reference Librarian and is Library Consultant for the Louisiana Transportation Research Center. He has an M.S. in geology from Southern Illinois University and an M.S. in library and information science from the University of Illinois.
BYRON ANDERSON is assistant professor and general reference librarian at Founders Memorial Library, Northern Illinois University. He holds an M.A. and an M.L.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
GLENN ANDERSON is Head, Humanities Department, at Auburn University, Ralph B. Draughon Library, Auburn, Alabama. He holds an M.A. in English from S.U.N.Y. at Albany and an M.A. in Library Science from Florida State University.
DANIEL BOICE has master's degrees in history and in library science from the University of Michigan. He is Assistant Reference Librarian at the Thomas Cooper Library at the University of South Carolina in Columbia.
JANE T. BRADFORD is an instructor and reference librarian at the dupont- Ball Library at Stetson University in DeLand, Florida. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois
