Gayle has been pursuing acting for thirty years. She is originally from Los Angeles, and she received her acting training working on the sets of MGM and Twentieth Century Fox. Her uncle Ed Wynn, and her cousin Keenan Wynn, were both established actors/comedians. As a child she went everywhere with her uncle and observed him. She started dancing at three years old, and before she knew it she was working under contract with Fox and MGM. At age twelve she stopped working, and after graduating college, got a job at MGM as a messenger. From that job, she found herself under contract again. She has made ten films at MGM and over seventy-five television episodes at Universal. She is now performing in comedy/improv and theatre.
I always knew what I wanted to do. There was never a question in my mind. I was exposed to it at a young age, but it didn't mean I had to like it. Sometimes kids can be rejected because they start so young. The only time I was ever happy was when I was working, and I still feel the same way today.
