|151.||. People's congresses of autonomous minority areas may, in accordance with the principles of this law, collect the special characteristics of the people of the areas, and enact amended or supplemental separate provisions or rules. Enactments of people's congresses of autonomous region areas will, according to the provisions of the law, be reported to the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress for approval or recording. Enactments of people's congresses of autonomous prefectures and counties will be reported to the standing committee of the people's congress of the province or self-governing region for approval.|
|152.||. Enterprises of the whole people's property which, prior to the effective date of this act, had been permitted to begin operation by the competent authorities of provinces, autonomous regions or cities under direct control and above, and which had already been registered by the administrative bureau for industry and commerce, may have the status of a juristic person without again registering as a juristic person.|
|153.||. The phrase used in this law of "irresistible force" refers to objective circumstances which cannot be foreseen or avoided, and which cannot be overcome.|
|154.||. Times in the civil law are computed in years, months, days, and hours in
accordance with the Gregorian calendar.|
Time periods that are to be calculated by hours, are calculated from the time set for the beginning. Time periods that are to be calculated according to days, months or years do not include the beginning day. The computation begins with the following day.
When the final day of a time period is Sunday or some other legal holiday, then the day following the holiday is the final day.
The end of the last day in a time period is 24:00 hours. If it is a case of business hours, it ends at the close of business activity.
|155.||. When the civil law uses the terms "above, "below," "within," "at the expiration" the basic number is included. When it uses the terms "not attained," "in addition," the basic number is not included.|
|156.||. This law goes into effect on 1 January 1987.|
