The human's occupational health, fitness for work and work quality depend on both external (beyond his control) and internal (professional knowledges and skills, psychophysiological opportunities) factors.
First of all, it relates to a work with information technologies which could be used to effect on human's motivation, security, effectiveness, health as in general, as during the particular time. Such influence of the information technology on a human can have a cumulative result if it is used regularly.
The purpose is a development of a method and a system for psychophysiological detection of changes of a human psychophysiological state when working with information technologies.
The development and perfection of information technologies has resulted in that problems connected with labour activity become problems of every day life because borders between work in industrial conditions and at home has practically disappeared, if the question is a work with computer of manager in office, operator on production, programmer, student or ordinary computer user.
