It is perfectly obvious those numerous alterations in visual organ, which have been found when ophthalmological examination, were results of working activity with using display units. When comparing these data with results of our previous investigation, in which operators of computing centers were examined ( V. V.Kovalenko, 1997), we have to note the resemblance of changes revealed. However these disorders were found more expressed in designers, apparently in consequence of specific matter of visual tasks.
Mechanism for forming of functional and structural alterations in human visual system obviously consists in accumulation of daily small deformation with following their transformation to neuromuscular disorders transient at first and after that steadfast. Hence the strategy of preventive and rehabilitation measures follows. Its matter is contained in making inadmissible the transition from transient form of disorders to stable one. Special model of programme for such purpose has been elaborated and tested.
