The lessons from Chinese Windows 95/98 user interface design is an important information source for future Chinese user interface design. This also suggests that we need a Chinese user interface design guideline and methodology if we want to reach a quality Chinese user interface. Based on the experience of our user interface design and future integration with ergonomic study, we reach a better user interface than what Windows 95/98 have now.
