Know all men by these Presents that I Martha Custis of the County of New Kent in the Colony of Virginia Widow Administrix of all and singular The Goods and Chattels Rights and Credits of Daniel Parke Custis late of the same Place Gent. deceased Have made ordained constituted and appointed and by these Presents Do ordain constitute and Appoint Robert Cary John Moorey and Wakelin Welch1 of the city of London Merchants jointly and severally my true and lawful Attornies & Attorney for me and in my Name and to my Use to ask demand sue for recover and receive of and from all and every Persons and Person whatsoever all such Sums of Money and other Effects whatsoever as now are, or hereafter may be due and oweing to me from any Person of Persons whatsoever within the Kingdom of Great Britain and more especially from the Governor and Directors of the Bank of England all such Dividends and Paiments which
