ANSWERS TO THE SEXUAL HARASSMENT QUIZ

All of the behaviors on the list have been cited in court cases. The defendants were found guilty when their behaviors were deemed unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other verbal or physical contact of a sexual nature. Sexual harassment (1) implicitly or explicitly pertains to the complainant's condition of employment, (2) requires submission to or rejection of the behavior that affects the complainant's employment conditions, and (3) the behavior unreasonably interferes with the complainant's job performance or creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment.


INTERPRETATION OF BEHAVIOR STYLE QUESTIONNAIRE SCORES

The longest bar represents your foremost concern in work-related situations. For example, some people are more concerned with their own individual growth and integrity than that of their colleagues or the organization (employer). The shortest bar indicates the area you may tend to overlook. People who are least concerned with group relationships may have difficulty effectively working with culturally different people.
